Question: Can I bring my pets?
Answer: No. The homeowners are allergic to animals.

Question: Does the cabin have a "land line" telephone?
Answer: No, please bring your cell phone.

Question: Is there a minimum stay?
Answer: Yes, there is a 2 night minimum stay.

Question: Are linens provided?
Answer: Yes.

Question: Can you supply the linens for an additional fee?
Answer: Yes, we can supply the sheets and towels for a fee of $25.

Question: Do you have a t.v.?
Answer: Yes. We also have a DVD player. We now have Satellite TV in the family room and middle bedroom with flat screen T.V's.

Question: Do you have free WIFI?
Answer: Yes!

Question: Do you supply paper products?
Answer: A starter supply of toilet paper and paper towels will be provided. You will need to bring additional toilet paper and paper towels. Guests will need to bring paper products such as paper plate, napkins, cups, etc.

Question: How far is the cabin from the lake?
Answer: Just a short walk.

Question: Do you have heat and air conditioning?
Answer: Yes, we have both.

Question: Are boats allowed on the lake?
Answer: Yes, paddle boats, canoes and kayaks. Bigger boats are allowed but they can only have electric motors. Personal water crafts are not allowed on the lake.

Question: Can I swim in the lake?
Answer: Swimming in the lake is not permitted however, the pool was built out into the lake to simulate taking a swim in the lake.

Question: Can I fish in the lake?
Answer: Yes, you can. You will need to purchase a fishing permit or license. There is a store that sells them which is very close to the cabin.

Question: Are there restaurants near the cabin?
Answer: Yes there are many restaurants in Waynesville and the Maggie Valley. There are many fast food restaurants in Waynesville and they have some high class restaurants as well.

Question: Where can I shop for souvenirs?
Answer: Waynesville is a great little town to shop for a variety of gift items as well as special treats for yourself. Maggie Valley also has a wealth of shops too.

Question: Do you have a front porch with rocking chairs?
Answer: Yes, we do.

Question: Where is the parking located?
Answer: There is a parking place in the driveway and 2 parking places across the street.

Question: What time is check in and check out?
Answer: Check in: 4:00 p.m.
Check out: 10:00 a.m.

Question: What does the kitchen have?
Answer: Stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, crock pot, coffee pot, toaster, mixer, pots, pans, dishware.

Question: How many can sleep in the cabin?
Answer: Our maximum is 10 people. There are 3 bedrooms.

Question: How many bathrooms does the cabin have?
Answer: 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bath
